Last year Mesert did my taxes. I was pleasantly surprised. This year my aim was to do my taxes early. Her staff is very helpful and my taxes would have been completed; however my w2 did not arrive in the mail which has never happened in all my years. That was disappointing because it may take the State of Calif 3-6 weeks to send a duplicate w2. We are waiting for my w2 to arrive and I am looking forward to getting my taxes completed by her.
